theres a ghost in my house.
he likes to run up and down the hallway during the mornigs.
at night he'll sit down in the bathroom and jump up and down.
during the afternoon he'll sit at the foot of my grandparents stairs.
i've never met this man, but i've heard him every so often.

Ask him to make himself known. Or just sit in the spots he occupies for a long time.
I'm not a ghost hunter, so that's the best advice I can give you. As far as Anna goes, she's a Goddess of Death. It's kind of a birthright.
